## **Our upgraded print technology is here**.

We’ve just invested in three new high-performance machines at our York print hub—enhancing the quality, speed and sustainability of what we already deliver every day. 

From supporter mailings and thank-you letters to promotional inserts, postcards and branded packaging—we’ve upgraded our in-house capabilities to give your campaigns even more impact, with quicker turnarounds and greater efficiency. 

**Here’s what’s new (and what it means for you): **

### **Ricoh Pro C9500 – Premium colour print, elevated performance** 

The new [Ricoh Pro C9500](https://www.ricoh-europe.com/products/production-printers/cut-sheet-printers/pro-c9500/) replaces our Ricoh 9100, delivering outstanding colour precision, better paper handling and smarter automation—while maintaining strong environmental credentials.

**What it means for you:** 

- Vivid, consistent colour on everything from thin flyers to thick postcards (40gsm–470gsm) 
- Fine-tuned gloss control to match your brand’s look and feel 
- Real-time colour calibration and front-to-back alignment for a polished finish 
- ENERGY STAR® certified and EPEAT Silver rated to support your sustainability goals 

Perfect for personalised mailings, inserts, brochures or bespoke donor packs with a high-end feel—without the cost of traditional offset print. 

### **Ricoh Pro 8400S – Fast, reliable mono output** 

Our mono printer has also had a serious upgrade. The 8400S increases print speed, improves resolution and expands paper range—all while reducing environmental impact. 

**What it means for you:** 

- Up to 136 pages per minute, with clear 1200 DPI quality 
- Handles media up to 350gsm, ideal for forms, booklets or correspondence 
- Built with 25% post-consumer plastic and lower carbon manufacturing processes 

Whether you’re sending out supporter updates, donation confirmations or fulfilment letters, this machine helps us move even faster—while staying precise. 

### **Quadient DS-700 iQ – Smarter inserting at scale**

Replacing the DS-1200 we relied on for over a decade, the DS-700 brings more automation and flexibility to our inserting processes—ideal for high-volume and multi-component mailings. 

**What it means for you:** 

- Quick changeovers between clients or jobs 
- Handles more complex inserts, up to 10mm thick 
- Modular, scalable and built for accuracy
