To support our clients and their customers through this high-demand period, we’re introducing a new conveyor system alongside an upgraded pick-and-pack dispatch area. These advancements are designed to streamline operations, boost productivity, and ensure faster order dispatches during peak times. #### **Centralised pack benches for improved workflow** The new pack benches are strategically positioned at a central location within our warehouse, allowing supervisors to manage production with greater efficiency and control over packaging supplies. This strategic setup, combined with the new conveyor, is set to increase our order fulfilment capacity by at least 10% – a significant gain for our team and for the clients we serve. #### **Eco-Friendly packing solutions** In line with our commitment to efficiency and sustainability, we’ve also equipped the benches with automatic tape dispensers. These dispensers help reduce tape waste by cutting it to the exact length needed, speeding up the packing process and eliminating the need for additional pressure on boxes. Furthermore, our new void fill dispensers support our ESG objectives by enabling us to reduce reliance on plastic void fill materials. #### **Ready for the Holiday rush** We’re excited to see these improvements in action as we head into the busiest part of the year. Check out our new conveyor and pack stations, and join us in looking forward to a peak season defined by even greater speed and efficiency in every order. ![](https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/New-Packing-area-and-conveyor-2-768x1024.jpg?width=768&height=1024&name=New-Packing-area-and-conveyor-2-768x1024.jpg) ![](https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/New-packing-area-2-768x1024.jpg?width=768&height=1024&name=New-packing-area-2-768x1024.jpg) ![](https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/New-packing-benches-2-768x1024.jpg?width=768&height=1024&name=New-packing-benches-2-768x1024.jpg) [Back to Stories](https://www.elovate.co.uk/stories/) [Share on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.elovate.co.uk%2Fstory%2Fenhancing-capacity-and-speed-for-black-friday-and-beyond%2F) [Share on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.elovate.co.uk%2Fstory%2Fenhancing-capacity-and-speed-for-black-friday-and-beyond%2F) [Share on X](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Enhancing+Capacity+and+Speed+for+Black+Friday+and+Beyond&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.elovate.co.uk%2Fstory%2Fenhancing-capacity-and-speed-for-black-friday-and-beyond%2F) Post by [Elovate](https://resources.elovate.co.uk/blogs/author/elovate) Nov 21, 2024, 12:00:00 AM ### Related Articles ###### Categories ###### Recent Posts ##### OUR SERVICES - [Fulfilment](https://www.elovate.co.uk/fulfilment/) - [Response](https://www.elovate.co.uk/response/) - [Processing](https://www.elovate.co.uk/processing/) - [Insights](https://www.elovate.co.uk/insights/) ##### USEFUL LINKS - [Stories](https://www.elovate.co.uk/stories/) - [Case Studies](https://www.elovate.co.uk/stories/?_sft_category=case-studies) - [About](https://www.elovate.co.uk/about/) - [Contact](https://www.elovate.co.uk/contact/) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.elovate.co.uk/privacy-policy/) - [Retention Policy](https://www.elovate.co.uk/retention-policy/) - [Cookie Policy](https://www.elovate.co.uk/cookie-policy/) ##### FOLLOW US [![Elovate\_Branding\_Full\_03](https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hubfs/Elovate_Branding_Full_03.svg "Elovate_Branding_Full_03")](https://www.elovate.co.uk/) #### York House Wetherby Road York, YO26 7NH [**t:** 01904 202 140 Customer Services (8am-6pm Mon to Fri)](tel:01904%20202%20140) [**e:** hello@elovate.co.uk Customer Services](mailto:hello@elovate.co.uk) [**t:** 01904 936 819 Pricing Enquiries (8am-6pm Mon to Fri)](tel:01904%20936%20819) [**e:** sales@elovate.co.uk Pricing Enquiries](mailto:sales@elovate.co.uk) --- © 2026 Elovate | Designed & developed by Dolia ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "Elovate", "url" : "https://resources.elovate.co.uk/blogs/author/elovate" }, "dateModified" : "2026-03-11T16:46:52.780Z", "datePublished" : "2024-11-21T00:00:00.000Z", "headline" : "Elovate Enhance Capacity and Speed for Black Friday 2024", "image" : [ "https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Peak-photo-blog-scaled.jpg" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://resources.elovate.co.uk/blogs/story/enhancing-capacity-and-speed-for-black-friday-and-beyond", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://resources.elovate.co.uk/hubfs/elovate%20logo%20purple%2c%20high%20res.png" }, "name" : "ELOVATE" } } ```
